I know 11 is an essay but what's 69? how many wrong does it mean?

Writing section of the SAT is divided between the Essay (30%) and the MC (70%) with the score. The multiple choice of the section has maximum 80 points while the essay is out of the combined numerical score of 12. So you did really well on the essay but not very well on the MC section.

i multiplied 69 with .7 and 11 with .3 but they don’t add up to 730.

69 and 11 are your raw scores, while the 730 is your scaled score. You can’t compare the two directly.

30% and 70% are rough. You can find more information on CollegeBoard. Wait until your score details come out and it will show you how many you missed on which subsection.
