The Admissions Committee at the Ross School of Business has reviewed your application for Preferred Admission, and we have decided to hold your application for further review.

We are interested in your candidacy, and we will contact you with more information no later than March 26, 2010. In the meantime, please do not submit any additional materials to our office. We will only consider the content of the application you have already submitted.

Congratulations on your many academic and personal achievements

It seems like lots got deferred, myself included. I doubt they let many, if any, in later. They might just defer almost everyone who doesn’t get in right away.

haha damn i got deferred to, i wonder if anyone can get rejected in ross pre-admittance. i think getting in to ross would be the tipping point for me to attend. so far it’s between michigan and georgetown, ahhh crazyyy

raychai I was rejected for pre-admit. I wasn’t expecting to get in with my stats but I gave it a try. I got an email saying “Thank you for applying for Preferred Admission to the BBA Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you Preferred Admission.” blah blah blah apply again next year. 3.75 (no weighting @ hs), 5 APs, 29 ACT.

Congrats on being like the most of us who didn’t (or wouldn’t have even if we did apply) get in, and condolences on being like the most of who… Yep.
