<p>ok so I got a 650 on the Cr for the March Sat.</p>
<p>Today I took a practice test (The official practice sat for 08-09)</p>
<p>And I got an 800 on the reading. What does this mean? Am I suddenly am a great reader, or was it just a fluke? Im excited but a little weary. I guess I'll just have to take some more and see if the scores correlate.</p>
<p>Sometimes you get lucky with easy vocab and sometimes you just “click” with the passage. If this happened to me (I have just about the same CR score as you - 640), I wouldn’t think too much of it</p>
<p>Hopefully it just means I had an off day on the actual Sat. Regardless, yes, I probably shouldn’t think too much of it.</p>
<p>I occasionally got under a 700 on critical reading practice tests, and then when I took the actual exam I got an 800. I wouldn’t worry about it. Relax, take the exam again, and know that there is luck and randomness in the SAT.</p>
