did anyone else get something like this
what does it mean?</p>

<p>I understand that you are interested in looking at prep schools and also play football. If you are undecided at this point regarding next year......</p>

<p>I am and will be the new AD and football coach at next year. After coaching football for 22 years at , I have decided to move to and help build the program there.</p>

<p>I know what from school it is from but I took anything like that out of the email, thats why it is kinda wierd, idk if I should say. It is not a HADES or in the category of milton choate peddie ect., it is a bit below tht</p>

<p>Im guessing your Full Pay? It means you still have a chance at boarding school if you really want to go. I’m guessing the lower tier school need to get more Full Pays</p>

<p>I am interested but this school does not as high SSAT as I would be looking for but it has an amazing campus.</p>

<p>Well when you haven’t received an acceptance yet, if you really want to go to boarding school I wouldn’t worry about their average SSAT.</p>

<p>why wouldnt I, that makes no sense, my IB has a very high average SAT so I would rather stay here than go to a school with a low SAT.</p>

<p>The only SSATs you need to worry about are you own, I mean that nicely too. Dont get too caught up with numbers.
I would talk to your parents about it and if you want the BS experience and your parents are on the same page, take a visit to see.
Sports are great but football is only 1 season out of three so you should like the school the rest of the year too.</p>

<p>Exactly. Does it really matter what other people are getting? Self-preparing for the SAT really isn’t that hard…no school is going to give you a better SAT</p>

<p>Yeah and you’re talking about SSAT not SAT, no one cares about SSAT after you go… You will do well, I think you need to see where the delta manifests itself in other areas. </p>

<p>We got the same e-mail and I especially thought it was strange considering the sender was still using his e-mail address from the school he’s leaving! I’m wondering how they got names.</p>

<p>Look at VA’s record last year – they were not ummm, competitive…</p>

<p>Wow! That is aggressive admissions recruiting. I like it. They won their league 5 years ago. My son still has the ring. I believe they are in a league like the ISL.</p>
