What does UC Berkeley primarily look for in graduate applicants?

<p>I'm currently a junior taking electrical engineering for undergraduate school and I'm thinking of applying to UC Berkeley for graduate school in the same discipline. What do they look for mainly? What is the most important? GRE? Grades? What?</p>
