I'm interested in applying as a transfer applicant to UCB and I'm interested in what they look for in their transfers?

I'm going to an instate university, commuting campus and plan on applying after completing my third semester. I graduated from high school in '04 and have had a full-time job from that summer to the present. It's not even just a "silly" job, I am actually a manager and supervise over 8-10 other employees on a given day. I'm an out of state applicant as well. Along with work:I

-interning with the Democratic National Party this summer.
-interning with Fidelity Investments this fall/winter
-volunteer and coach with the Special Olympics and have since my sophmore year of high school.
-was a member of varsity lacrosse and varsity football for fours years, all-state honors.
-assistant coach for the youth lacrosse program in the spring
-volunteer every other Sunday at my church's soup kitchen along with teaching CCD at my church
-spent a week in April in New Oreleans with an "Alternative Spring Break" program
-i'm getting involved with the student senate at my college this fall
-member of Student Environmental Action Coalition

My SAT I was a 1180 ( M:610 V:570) but that was in 2003 and I heard UCB doesnt ask for these scores for junior transfers. If I can earn a 3.75-3.9 GPA, do I stand a solid chance? I'm hoping my two years inbetween HS and college of full-time employment along with a leadership role would give me an edge. What are some opinions on how I would stand as an applicant for the UCB transfer 2010 class?
