<p>In one of my supplements, at the bottom of the personal info section, there's this box that says "Use until: _____ (DD/MM/YYYY). What exactly am I supposed to put here? Is this how long I think this personal info will be correct, which I suppose would be until around september 2013 when I go to college..? I really have no idea here.</p>
<p>Superasian, I came across something similar, but not identical. On one of my son’s supplements it said: “Mailing address: from (date) to (date)”. We thought this was unclear but decided to put the date that we moved into our home up until the present date (ie 11/2012). Then he submitted and printed out the print preview pdf, and it added the word “use”, saying: “Mailing address : use from 4/1996 to 11/2012. " We were worried because we didn’t want the college to think that they couldn’t contact him after 11/2012. We asked the college and they said it was no concern at all. They said that is meant for boarding school kids who are only at a given address for part of the year. I bet that is what yours means also (ie a boarding school kid would put in “5/2013” if that is when they leave the school). But what should you put” ? Leave it blank? I’d say to call the college and ask.</p>
