<p>It doesnt affect your composite.
You’ll get a separate grade that combines english and writing. From experience I would say a 12 corresponds to a 35, 11 to a 33, 10 to a 31, and so on. But those are just estimated averages and pretty inaccurate.</p>
<p>… It shows colleges how well one can write on a standardized base… Is it really that confusing…?</p>
