that's all they have up online for me... hahah pretty frustrating
I called them up and they said they do have my transcript, recommendations, etc., but they were not posted yet for an unknown reason.

Why is my page not being updated... at all? lol

Dpmom, keep in mind one thing: last years thread was just filled with speculation by parents and students who have no factual evidence as to whether or not their speculations are correct.

Conversly, I have been told by an admissions councillor that it can mean ANYTHING. personally, I'm not really worried.

what does "General correspondence" mean?

It is like a random letter that you sent them. At least for me, "general correspondence" appears around the time that I sent in a letter expressing my continued interest after being waitlisted to their pre-college/diversity program.

Have any letters been mailed out yet?

starting the 20th, i heard

"starting the 20th, i heard "

Source?

There's your source.

I didn't have a blank line on mine, and I was really curious why I hadn't gotten a decision since I turned in all my forms early. I know somebody who works in the office of admissions also. Today I decided to ask him about the blank line, and why I hadn't been looked at yet. I was so relieved. He told me that the blank line means you are rejected. Hopefully I'll get accepted.

nice joke, hardest worker. It means a decision has been made, not that your were rejected

Once they do send out the letter will your "WHERE AM I IN THE PROCESS" thing show anything different, such as "decision letter sent" or "pending?" Basically, any way that we know when the letter has been mailed?

if you have a blank line, you will probably get your letter sooner.

Mine says:

Got the blank line after my midyear reports, which were pretty bad.... so I am worried.

Whatever, we will all find out on the 23rd or the 30th or sometime.

I have a blank line that was created on 11th of march. What does that mean?

That's the day they filed your decision letter, we think.

wouldn't it be terrible if we found out that there was no correlation between the blank line and anything else? disheartening...

"I didn't have a blank line on mine, and I was really curious why I hadn't gotten a decision since I turned in all my forms early. I know somebody who works in the office of admissions also. Today I decided to ask him about the blank line, and why I hadn't been looked at yet. I was so relieved. He told me that the blank line means you are rejected. Hopefully I'll get accepted. "

lol

Hmm, I still don't have a blank line as of now. still no decision, then? they're mailing pretty soon...

I have the feeling they're just behind on their "filing"; I know I called about a midyear grade report that they swear they've received that' still not on Where Am I In the Process? so I have to assume that things are going on that are just not noted on there...We still hope to get a decision.
