I know most of us will want to join some ECs to try to meet new people. So which ECs are you planning on joining?

I want to be in the juggling club, one of the christian groups, and an academic club :p At Case western :p

My roomate will be one of my friends from high school, but I'm still joining the boxing club and the student government.

I'm thinkin ill do some intermural Basketball at a weekend athlete level... maybe some political type club... so many choices ahhhh!

So many to choose from but I'm so excited! This is a fun thread! At the school I'm going to the tour guides are volunteers, but I still want to be a tour guide! haha, I think it would be fun! I also want to do a lot of the community service clubs they have and continue a lot of things I did in high school. Oh, and intramural sports, definitely!

I'm planning on being in the marching band, but I'm not sure about concert band and such (cause I'm not planning on being a music major). My school (Vanderbilt) also has this indoor marching music group that performs at halftime of some basketball games...I might do guard for that.

I'm finishing my freshman year and am not involved in any school clubs (yet) mostly because I already am heavily involved in the community through church choir, the computer donation center, and with my two jobs.

Part of the problem is that I'm still attempting to coerce myself into loving college, but I just can't. I am considering talking to my minister about setting up a group similar to the high school "Silver Ring Thing" program that is run at the church with the intent of finding the other good Christian people in the school.

If intramural baseball was offered, I would do it.

In addition to the coir(the school's crown jewel), I plan on being in Catholic Student Organization, Res Hall Council, College Democrats, GLBT group and rushing a fraternity. I much prefer being busy to being bored. I manage my time much better.

For now, I know that I'm going to do Orange Nation and then I'm going to run for Freshman Council (SGA).

intramural soccer, Newman Club and maybe Alpha Phi Omega

Intramural soccer, breakdance crew, orchestra, and maybe a frat :P

Lacrosse, Young Life, and every intramural they've got.

I'm going to Ithaca and I really want to get involved with one of the a capella groups and every play and musical I can get myself cast in. Outside of the school I need to find myself some dance classes and a voice teacher. I plan on being very busy ;)

I'm interested in joining the Ultimate team, working at the radio station, and becoming involved in the Environmental Club. I also may try out the Progressive/Liberal Christians org., write for the paper, and the Democrats club. A bunch of other clubs look interesting to, but realistically, I probably won't have time to join them.

i was in habitat for humanity, math club, college democrats, asian entertainment club, and the anime club.

Paintball (if they still have the club next year), Maybe Intermural basketball.

Choir! I'm hoping the school i go to has a rowing as a club or intermural sport, if so, i'll join. I also wanna be involved in some college democrats club and maybe some club(s) pertaining to my major, some kind of cultural clubs, clubs that do volunteering in the community, and some general fun kind of clubs! I can't wait til college!

I'm most likely going to be doing swimming over at Ohio State....I think I have a good pretty chance as a walk on, the coach pretty much said...
GO BUCKS

An intramural sport (probably baseball or softball), student investment club, and some christian organization.

Hmm. I want to join an honor society, the south asian/indian club, do student government, and maybe tryout for dance/cheer?
