<p>There are alot of opportunites to find things you can succeed in, you just gotta go find them.</p>

<p>I'd pick up ECs and drop them as I felt like it. When a club stopped being enjoyable due to a change in faculty advisor, new heads of the club, or whatever like that, I'd stop going. If a friend said another EC thing was a blast, I'd go and do that instead. If nothing came up I'd just enjoy getting home at 3.</p>

<p>Jetblack you might want to be careful about which summer programs
you attend. Some of the summer programs at some of the top 5 instituitions
are frowned upon by their own admissions staff....</p>
<p>In a nutshell if you are spending beaucoup $'s to do the summer program and
there is no merit involved in your candidacy for the program don't attend.</p>
