What Else Can I Do? :)

Hey Everyone!
I got deferred from U of M in late December and received the "good" deferral letter. U of M is my first choice, and I was wondering what I can do improve my chances? Here's what I have done so far:

1) Sent in an updated resume
2) Sent in a letter just describing something personal that I didn't include in my application
3) Talked to my reviewing counselor and just asked her questions about how many got deferred, what I can do now, etc. (the point of calling was just to let her know that I'm still really interested in U of M)
4) Sent in a letter updating them on my involvement in one of my clubs, and how my service learning hours have gone up (500 and some now)

I don't know if there is anything else I can do, or if I just shouldn't do anything else...any thoughts?

I don’t think there is much else you can do honestly. You’ve showed your interest and showed your updated stats. That is pretty much it. I guess you can talk to your counselor again to show that you are still very interested. And how did you get in contact with your counselor, I tried to but couldn’t get through.

You transcript with new grades?

nothing, just be patient.

I’m not going to send in my midyear, it’s not that impressive.

I don’t get how people can’t get through to their reviewing counselors…just send an email and if they don’t respond, CALL

Yeah looks like you have done a lot of effort to keep your application alive, only other thing to do may be sending in 7th semester grades if it will be helpful.
