I'm a rising junior in high school and I recently came across a few interesting articles on some of the things that professors at my local university are researching. I would love to work with these researchers, especially because their work pertains to my own interest in the biological sciences. In my e-mail to them, I am including the following things:

-The Basics: Name, Age, Contact Info, etc.
-My interest in working with them and why
-My level of experience (pretty much nothing unless you count honors Biology, Chemistry, and Anatomy and Physiology) --> Should I include my grades?
-The fact that I know I'm only a junior, but will promise to conduct myself properly and to fully execute my responsibilities to the best of my abilities
-Should I also include the days and times I'm available? (I have other volunteering responsibilities as well as Driver's Ed)

I feel like there's a lot of other things I should also include, but I can't think of them. I also have no idea on how to format the e-mail. Any advice? Thank you!
