What exactly do the SAT score reports received by colleges contain?

I would like to better understand what exactly is contained in the SAT score reports sent to score recipients. To be precise, what I'd like to know is:

Do score recipients receive the names of other score recipients past and/or current?

Do recipients know if score choice was used or if tests were taken on certain dates but not reported?

Are the student responses to the SAT Questionaire provided with the score report?

If the student updates their SAT Questionaire, what version do score recipients receive? If the recipient has chosen internet delivery of score reports, do they have access to the student's SAT Questionaire as it is at the time the report order is made, as it is at the time that report is first made available to that recipient, or as it is at any time the recipient retrieves the score report?

Thank you!

I confirmed that the answer to question 3 is yes, the responses to the SAT Questionnaire are included in the official score reports.

If anybody can answer any of the remaining questions, I’d be grateful.

Do score recipients receive the names of other past or present score recipients?

Do score recipients know if score choice was used? Does score choice hide the scores or also hide the fact that the SAT was taken on a given date?

What happens when a student updates their SAT Questionnaire? Which version of the Questionnaire responses do recipients receive, especially if the recipient uses internet delivery?

If you can answer any of these questions, I’d really appreciate it.
