<p>If i decide to apply to Stanford as an engineering student, i would also like to submit my photography which my art teacher says are "exceptional." I understand the process of submitting an art supplement and the instructions on Stanford's website seem straightforward but i just have a few questions concerning the whole thing.</p>
<p>Do adcoms actually know of your art supplement? In other words, will your submissions help in making a decision on whether you're admitted or not? To my understanding, your art is sent to the art department where it is reviewed, but i have no idea the process on how adcoms are notified of it and how significantly it can help in the application process.</p>
