<p>these are performance based and do not reflect the numbers for the managing directors. 100mil will be going most likely to traders, not fancily dressed salesmen</p>
<p>but don't most top traders realize that they don't need goldman and move on to their own trading/hedge fund/etc..</p>
<p>THAT is the sole reason goldman is paying so much, so they don't leave.</p>
