Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to the board, and recently chose Georgetown(MSB) over Notre Dame(extremely hard decision). I am an avid runner (was recruited by Colgate, Middlebury, Holy Cross, Emory, and Amherst), and also enjoy cycling. I am not big on the arts, but am looking for some extracirriculars to try at Georgetown. Is there a running club? Cycling club? Any other fun clubs that I should try?

No running or cycling club. There are about 200 student organizations registered under the student activities commission and a bunch more under the office of performing arts, the office of student affairs, the center for minority educational affairs, and other offices. If you give more detail about your interests you might get a better answer.

I enjoy grilling(already know about the grilling club), being active and playing sports in general, tennis, watching movies, and am open to any suggestions for activities.

any more info?

if you're into dance/music/singing there are a number of organizations devoted to those. I also know the speech/debate club is rather popular.
Other than that, I definitely recommend signing up for clubs at SAC fair (you'll hear about it). Cultural clubs usually have the best activities, whether it's going out to eat or putting on a dance performance.

if you go to http://sac.georgetown.edu youll see all of the official organizations at gtown.
and there is a cycling club. i guess you should check it out.
