What extracurriculars to put?

Hey, i'm wondering about extra curricular activities. They're not my strongest suit, and i'm wondering if I should even put some of them.

Good: TA with class of special needs children, repeatedly visit since beginning of junior year
Guitarist for i don't know how long
NHS - community service
Varsity Wrestling freshman and soph year, had to stop due to illness that's explained in the extra info section
FBLA 10th grade - pretty much community service, our chapter sucked
Work - Lifeguard summer before 11th and 12th grade

[my service isn't too amazing, midnight run to help feed homeless, random stuff, teacher's assistant thing is my shining diamond of EC]

There are some i'm not sure i should put, though i had one meeting with a college adviser recently and she encouraged me to put more stuff:

Camp Sloane LEAD program - outdoors sleepaway camp i went to for some years, did their LEAD program summer before 10th which taught leadership and paved way to being a counselor. I stopped attending due to lifeguarding

Travel - This one I didn't expect would go, but the adviser recommended I put it. I travel a good amount, mostly vacation or visiting family. Italy, Antigua, Jamaica, Mexico, other U.S. states while I've been in high school. Notably, my main essay is all about an experience I had in Italy with their culture.

Weight training (personal) - all four years of high school, personal though

Go/Weiqi player - No one i could find around here plays, so my playing is all online. I've gotten up to rank 5 kyu online, and spend several hours a week playing or practicing, have for a year or two (with some breaks).

Cross Country - only in 9th grade, nothing notable

Any help or opinons on what I should include, and what I shouldn't?

bump? 10chars
