Well, you won’t get into UF.
But FSU you have a chance. Others that would be good to apply to: UCF & USF definitely. Also think about applying to UWF, UNF, and FAU as safeties.

Rollins College?

And from your username, I would suggest you apply to UM-- if you can afford it.

FSU-reach
srry

I don’t think there is much chance at FSU or UM, but they are reasonable goals. FSU’s admission standards have only been going up though, so you’ll probably need a hook.

Florida Tech, Florida International, USF, UCF, Flagler, Rollins, and Stetson could all be good options depending on what you want to study or what atmosphere you want your school to have.

Not a chance at Florida State. Too little, too late.

do I still have a chance at UCF if I apply sometime this week?

ANd whats an easy college to get into with a good social scene

UCF

Test Scores Middle 50% of First-Year Students & Percent Who Submitted Scores

SAT Critical Reading: 530 - 630 59%
SAT Math: 550 - 640 59%
SAT Writing: 510 - 600 59%
ACT Composite: 23 - 27 41%

You’re at the bottom of the mid-50s for UCF. That’s not a good place to be.

Try USF, UNF, or UWF

If you want to attend Florida State may I suggest TCC for the first two years.

mom2collegekids, I doubt the OP is any more likely to get into USF than UCF…

Canes416, if I were you I’d apply to whatever schools you want to go to. Why not apply to FSU? Maybe apply to FSU, UCF or USF, and FAU as your safety. FAU may not be the best of those academically but they definitely have the best location.

I’m gonna have to disagree Gordon… FAU in no way has the best location. Isn’t it in Boca Raton?
