did you use common app rec form?

this is a great question. it makes perfect sense that they would want supplementary reccs in a completely different form than the regular reccs even though they didnt specify. you should probably call them to obtain the super special ultra secret supplementary recc form only available to those stupid enough to ask for it.

bump. anyone confirm what the kid said?

Obviously this kid hasn't heard of the expression "the only stupid question is the question never asked"

i think we can make an exception in your case... kid.

dude lighten up. it may have been a dumb question but you don't have to be rude to him.

can anyone here provide a helpful answer? or do we all have to sink to that kid's level?

i dunno about harvard but for pomona, i just used a letterhead for supp rec

Harvard now exclusively uses the Common Application, meaning only the Common App. So you give your teachers the sheet of the common app. that says "Teacher Evaluation" on it for them to fill out the information and the checks and stuff. If your teacher has written a letter, ask her to print it on your school's ltterhead and submit it WITH the common app. teacher evaluation. That's what you're supposed to do and what everyone else has done. Hope this helps!
