I’m still currently a high school sophomore, but I’m a kind of person to think ahead; in the future. Mainly, I’ve been concerned for how my grades will reflect on my college application, so I’m taking some cautionary measures and at the same time in the need to academically challenge myself even farther. I’d like to know what classes should I take next year and senior year. I’ve spoken to my counselor about a month ago about the classes I will take junior year, naturally, but I’d like some feedback on whether colleges will like it or not.

Now, these are the most possible courses that I will be taking as a junior:
AP Language Arts
Physics Regular
Us History Honors
Advanced Topics in Math
Astronomy
Spanish 1
Drawing 2
The last time I checked my unweighted GPA is a 2.95 and my weighted GPA is a 3.43.
Over the summer I plan on taking HOPE online to satisfy my graduation requirement and the online class.
I have briefly taken AP World History, but dropped out of the class very shortly since I found it extremely difficult. However, in my future junior year, I believe it was about time to attempt an AP class that I can take. My current English teacher believes that I can take AP Language Arts, so that’s one thing.
I plan on majoring in secondary education teaching art, so there’s another thing.
Any feedback, recommendations, etc. is greatly appreciated! Thanks a bunch!
