coming from CMU in a humanities scholar program( for top 10 percent of humanities student at CMU)

i am a freshman and will be applying to transfer in a few months

terrible HS record(graduated top third of class in public HS, all B's senior year, bad AP scores, etc)
i am good with essays and standerdized tests, which is how i got where i am.
mediocre ec's in college. prob terrible rec letters since the school is huge.

what GPA would I need for it to make sense for me to even apply to the following schools:
University of Pennsylvania(not wharton)
Swarthmore College
nortwestern
University of Chicago
Dartmouth College
wesleyan(?)

for economics physics or philosophy.

i know none of them are very likely but getting into CMU(a scholars program) with my academic record was unlikey. even if I get into just one of those skills I will be more than satisfied.

im taking abnormal psych(200-level), 3d calc(200 level), principle of econ, interpertaion and argument(required writing class), a scholars seminar(a rigorous class) and some stupid required computing skills workshop.

the two 200-level classes will be an easy A, the econ class is a borderline A/B, and the writing class is a B (but i am still fighting for an A).. no idea about the scholars seminar

is this good enough for me to bother applying?
