What GRE scores should I get to get into these schools?

Hey all,

Been studying for the GRE a bit and trying to figure out what scores I should be looking into getting in order to be admitted to the graduate programs I want.

Stats:
-Ohio State University rising 4th year for BS in chemical engineering (graduating spring 2017)
-Cumulative GPA: 3.92 (on 4.0 scale)
-Honors Research Distinction Thesis (worked in my lab for 2 years already, but have never been published)
-Teaching Assistant for chemical engineering for the past 2 years, will continue it this year
-Private tutor for organic chemistry
-Previously worked as a Resident Advisor for 1.5 years
-Engineering Safety Internship with Disney
-Fraternity: Beta Theta Pi (work with risk management)
-Involved in the American Institute of Chemical Engineer (AIChE)
-Secured 3-4 letters of rec. from profs in the department

I am applying for my PhD in chemical engineering at the following schools:
-MIT
-Columbia
-Georgia Tech
-Carnegie Mellon
-Northwestern
-Wisconsin

What scores should I get on the General GRE in order to be admitted to these schools? Thanks!

GRE is a relatively minor factor in doctoral admissions. The most important factors will be the nature of your undergrad research and the letter of rec from your thesis advisor.
