<p>Exactly! It gets to the point that the kids who play sports on their own time are the only ones doing anything in gym. The rest of us are embarrassed by our extreme lack of coordination and fitness and just watch.

<p>i was exempt from PE since 6th grade bc i was a pre-professional/career track ballet student and my 20+ hrs a week of training was more than sufficient to fulfill PE requirements.</p>
