I haven’t changed the PIN Columbia first assigned me, so I guess it simply expired?</p>

<p>Pretty sure the PINs don’t expire…from a logical standpoint, it’d make no sense for them to remove you from the database before you even receive a decision. Whether or not you were rejected, you’d still be in their system, I assume.</p>

if changing the PIN doesn’t work, try at different hours off the day. they maybe be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or maybe they were updating your account right then.</p>
<p>I tried again…It works…because my ID was missing a digit, but the financial aid one doesn’t work…ah~~~</p>
