What happens if I don't go to SAT test?

I originally registered to take Physics and French this Saturday, January 24th, due to my parent’s request. However, I already got in colleges that I wanted and simply was not certain I would get a grade they wanted. So I didn’t go.

What would happen?
I heard colleges would simply not see it because it would be considered “cancelled.” Is that true for colleges? What about my college board account? Would my parent going into an account notify them that I didn’t go?

Yes, it would be considered cancelled and your colleges won’t see it. I didn’t go to a SAT test and college board website just told me that I have the credit to register for another test. (half price I believe)
