Just for the record, it will rain, as the rain is never going to stop. Build your ark.

does it rain like this all the time? and is the rain light showers or fiercy hard rain?

haha, welcome to sunny California!

Admit Day will not be rained out. Outside activities will just be moved inside or alternative "inside" plans will be implemented.

On the other hand, severe flooding on campus or an earthquake might cause Admit Day to be rescheduled. (April 18th marks the 100-year anniversary of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake)

No, it has never rained like that for 100 years in Napa which is just 40min away from Davis. In March we had only 6 full dry days, it's a new record. Usually it's hot at this time of the year

Yeah, all this Spring rain has set all kinds of records in NorCal.

i live in the bay area so i'm well accustomed to earthquakes, but i didn't know davis gets them too?

Davis is not in an earthquake zone. They would feel the aftershocks of a bay area quake though.

Yea seriously, it's been a weird season with seemingly perpetual rain clouds over Davis this year. It's not usually like this.

Btw, it just might not rain in Davis on your admit days becuase right now it's a bright sunny day with not a cloud to be seen :D..

eh im heading down tomorrow - tut tut, it looks like rain :D
