What happens if the school sends in my school forms late

I am applying early d and a.
I have finished the common app and JUST sent my SAT scores (kinda worried, but according to CC it should not be much trouble).

However, in the common app section of the school forms, it tells me that my teacher recommendations and school reports have not been sent in for my early a school. They have been sent for my early d school.

Now, I have two worries.
First, I have this urgent feeling that the school forgot to update my SAT scores on my school transcript and did not record my October score. Is this a problem, if I sent my scores through collegeboard?
Second
Obviously, I have not sent my school transcripts. I live in Taiwan, so I have till 11:59 AM to go find my counselor and solve this problem. It is now 2:27 AM, so I will rush to school in the morning to get this problem resolved. What happens if my school forms are sent in late?

However, I have to take into account that both schools extended their deadlines to November 5th. Is is it okay for my early a school if my school form's are sent in before November 5th, even though I was not effected by Hurricane Sandy

You send the SAT scores through sat.collegeboard.org and pick up the transcripts and send them yourself. It’s that easy.

As long as you had your application in by the deadline, the fact that the school sent your transcript late, your test scores arrived late or your teacher recs are late will not be held against you if they arrive reasonably promptly. Schools don’t want to turn away applicants for the late arrival of materials they don’t control. Just fix the problem and move on.

DAlvarez, at most schools students are not allowed to have the transcripts. Sending from the school prevents anyone from doctoring them.
