what happens if the school sent the materials already but I havent sent my stuff yet?

Ok, so the school told me that they have sent everything (2recs, transcript, school report etc) like on the 7th. I have sent my stuff (common app, supplement, check) like on monday...
now, this morning I have recieved cornell's e-mail saying that they have recived my stuff - just the common part - but there is no check mark on cornell supplement and school stuff...... school stuff was sent like 2 weeks ago..///I am concerned whether cornell just threw away the materials since I didn't pay then, or lost them.....
does anyone know whether they would make a file for me if they have recieved teachers's stuff first?? Also, what about in the other schools (because my school told me that they sent them to other schools like that as well..)?
your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully they don't throw it away because I also sent my school stuff out way before my application.

Since they just got your app, along with thousand others, it may take a while to sort out everything. Don't worry to much about it.

It takes them a while to check off your school stuff. They might not even do it until the application deadline, where they go through everyones materials at once, this way they don't have to update everytime a new thing comes in b/c that would be a hassle b/c some people don't send things in one grouping like your school did, and that would mean they would have to update the material 3000 times (guessing i have no clue) times the number of items to be sent in, instead of just doing the 3000 times once.

I can't speak specifically for cornell, but I can say that typically they create your file and sort things out as they come, so no worries.
