What happens if you dont get into UCLA film?

Im not a pre-film major, just really curious. do they have to change majors?

Wait, you got into UCLA film but now want to change your major?

yeah, they probably do. i mean...obviously they cant continue into the major so that only leaves one other option.

no no, im a freshmen

Well since you don't apply till the end of your sophomore year (and that odds of getting in are terrible) you are supposed to plan a back up major. They don't actually let you be a film major unless you get in. So, yes, I guess. You would have to "change" your major, but it's a major you should be prepared to have.

If you don't get in, then you don't get in and you move on to your backup major. So make sure you have one.

perhaps english? i heard a lot of film majors go that way when they don't get in...

If you want to major in film then I recommend applying to several places outside of UCLA just in case.

Quiet Pesky! What do you know about getting into UCLA film!!? ;-)

Psh! As much as you! Hah! ;)

Can you minor in film if you are rejected?
