<p>I was doing OCI this summer, and my interview with Latham & Watkins started out pretty well. We were having a solid conversation, and I was talking about why I went to law school, what I did during my 1L year, how I figured out which were my preferred practice areas, and more. I felt like I was truly connecting with my interviewer in a professional way. I was confident I would get a callback. </p>
<p>Until I let out a real nasty fart, and I almost crapped a little in my pants. </p>
<p>It was really awkward, and I tried laughing it off. My interviewer sniffed the room, and then she basically cut the conversation short and said she needed to interview someone else. </p>
<p>Do you think this embarrassing fart will delegitmize me in the eyes of my interviewer? The rest of the interview was pretty good. </p>
<p>Oh well, I shouldn't have eaten beans and Indian food :(</p>
