What happens if you get 2 F's in a quarter?

Just wondering. What if It was only in a quarter and you get straight A's from that point on and you have your counselor explaining the circumstances on your application? Will it kill your chances completely?

It does look really bad. If you have a really good excuse, and can improve considerably (straight a’s) you might be okay.

If you have a VERY legitimate excuse, it can be overlooked. I mean VERY legitimate though. Not just a lack of effort. That will NOT suffice.

It helps if multiple family members died, or something similarly tragic.

get 2 F’s…kill family lolwut?

Well. It depends whether if your school is on the semester system or not.

If your F’s go on the transcript, then it’s pretty much over for the vast majority of colleges.

If not… then forget about it. Focus on raising your grade to at least C’s.

bumpppppp.

What are the circumstances the GC is putting down? We can’t eval unless we have the same info.

what happens to my funding if i get
1)a B and
2)what if i get C
in this semester of masters-this being my first semester

I thought colleges only look at the semester grades?
