Time Paradox?

How could you apply to two schools ED?

The point is to only apply ED at one school.

Your admission gets rescinded from both since applying to 2 ED schools violates one's ED contract.

You'll be then rejected at both and blacklisted because thats illegal.
You've signed a BINDING contract to go to that one school.

You'd be rescinded by both. You aren't supposed to sign a binding contract to two schools.

you're screwed.

You can only pick one school to apply ED so niether will accept you if they know you applied to two schools ED.

You will be jailed! I know this because someone came to speak to us in a program. Do not try that. It denies people the chance to... Do I need to lecture you. You would not have asked this question anyways if you did not know it wrong and you could be screwed. It is a legal agreement and you will be rejected or if you are admitted, you could go to jail for violation of contract details.

Just tell the one you don't want that you're a rapist. Problem solved.

^^ I don't think you'll go to jail lol, the consequences won't be that harsh... Just blacklisted and be rescinded from both.

yea youll be in deep trouble for sure

If you're 18 you could to jail, if you were under 18 when you signed by common law you wouldn't go to jail.

But yes, the point is to only apply to 1 ED school... unless you don't want to go to college.

I don't think anyone has mentioned how your school would be blacklisted too. A counselor allowing a student to apply ED to two schools would be really bad for the school's reputation.

I highly doubt that the OP will be going to jail, but there is a 0% chance he'll be getting into either ED school. I sincerely hope you applied to other good schools that are willing to overlook this (as a mistake, maybe?), because these two schools won't take you.

Sorry man. :(

i actually heard that the university will sue you

Haha, you guys, I just realized something.

I think the OP was asking a hypothetical question (his post says nothing other than "Time Paradox," as if he's kidding around). We're all taking it to mean that he applied to 2 schools ED, but who knows?

The guidance counselor needs to be disciplined b/c he/she would have been a party to something very injurious to the school's reputation.

The guidance counselor? That's a new twist on pass the buck.

It's the fault of the applicant, period.

^^ Well the GC can probably still be in hot water as well, they have to sign ED agreements to validate them.
