Hi, I was wondering, what happens to the application? Do they destroy it? keep it? give it back??!! Do they destroy it if the student wasnt/was admitted? do they keep it if the student wasnt/was admited?
fe, if I become someone famous (yah I wish lol) and someone writes my biography, would that person be able to read my teachers evaluations? My essay? etc? When you graduate do you get back your applications? Are you ever able to read the teacher evaluations? will people have access to my essay?

Anyone?

I don’t know, but I would assume they just throw them away. It would difficult to file and save the tens of thousands of applications schools receive each year.
Some teachers will let you see the recommendation they wrote if you ask though.

I dunno. Many colleges scan all the docs and shred them after only a short time. Not difficult to store millions of scanned docs…

If you did not sign the waiver, you’re able to read the teacher recs. As for others accessing them, they are private docs. It would be illegal for random folks to access them. HIPA rules.
