What happens when my school follows serious grade deflation policy?

In 11th grade, I had mid term grades ranging from 80 to 96.(80 is an A). Not bad, right?
But in my 11th year AS exam under a UK board, I had marks ranging from 95 to 100.

Similar things happened in my 10th grade.

Are we in trouble? Will the Adcoms understand that the school followed grade deflation policy?

Sure , when your GC will write your recommendation, there is a standard form that covers the course difficulty level, number of students taking that course, the school score and where you stand, ranking etc. It is part of the commonapp counselor form.
