<p>What happens if there is a GLARING error in your essay and you submitted it. Will it look just awful?</p>
<p>If you’ve misspelled the name of the school, it will look awful.</p>
<p>If you’ve written about your reasons for wanting to go to the school and have named a different school, that will look wretched. </p>
<p>If you say you want to be an English major and want a career as an editor, and your essay is loaded with misspellings, weird punctuation and capitalization, and wrongly-used words, then it will look unsalvageable.</p>
<p>If you’ve done all of these things, you will look like a candidate for a different school.</p>
