<p>SAT = Math, reading and writing. You’re only a freshman, no point to get really serious about studying so early. Just learn a regular high school curriculum, read and write often, do the SAT question of the day on collegeboard.com.</p>
<p>Shooting for a perfect 800 on all 3 sections will just set you up for disappointment, unless you’re some sort of genius/test-taking savant. </p>
<p>The SAT is only one portion of college admissions. It’s important to do good on it, but if you’re a good student/well rounded person, as long as you pull a decent score you should be able to go places.</p>
