What If I Am Rejected By My 1st Choice & Try Again Next Year?

Basically, I will have completed my A-levels by the time I apply the second time. The first time, I will not have any A-levels, because I will have not sat for the exam yet. During my gap year, my A-level results will come out. As A-levels are rather significant (even a D is good enough for credit at some second-tier LACs), they would boost my application a lot if I don't get in the first time with only O- and AS-levels.

So, ellemenope, you're saying college B will have no problem at all with me applying to another school during my gap year, and should I be accepted, attending it? Would it be considered unethical?

When you defer for a year, you generally have to sign something saying that you WILL enroll at the school (and not go applying elsewhere). Depeonds a bit on the school, I'd imagine.

Ah, I thought so. Well, then that option's out then. Thanks for all the help, guys. :)
