What if I choose not to self-report any of my ap scores?

While I did get mostly 4's and 5's on my ap tests, I did recieve a couple two's last year when I was ill during ap exams. I don't want to only list selective scores, so my question is: is it bad to not report ANY scores in the self-reporting section of the common app?

Adcoms may wonder why you took so many AP courses but aren’t reporting any test scores.

It’s better to report all of your scores, including the 2s, than to not report any. I think your 4s and 5s would help you more than the 2s hurt.

Some schools ask for scores on the college application, others do not. I think the main issue is that you don’t want to raise any questions in the reviewer’s mind. If you do report the scores, you might want to post a note … one short note. “Sick on day of test, and could not retake.”

hmm. okay. But most people here including my counslor advise that you dont need to report any scores via self-reporting and that all scores can be sent following your senior year at once…is this true? would i be at a major disadvantage if I chose this route?

It’s true that you don’t have to report anything until you send your official scores to the school where you matriculate.

It’s NOT true that most people here advised you to take that route.
