What if I do terrible on the AP Calc AB test?

I'm pretty sure I won't get more than a 3. I can guarantee you that.
Why?
Because my AP Calc teacher is not very good. We mostly slacked off for the most part of the school year. Hence, when I took the practice exams, besides the multiple choice questions, I realized that I could not complete the write-in ones. And then, it turns out that the program I've been accepted to requires me to take Calc I regardless of whether or not I get college credit from my test or not. So now, I realize that I wasted money on an exam that will not do any difference to me.

I'm scared now. If I take the exam on Wednesday and bomb it, seeing that I got a 2 or 3 in July, if I choose to not send it, could the college that I applied to still know that I took it? Also, I had already indicated, during the admissions process, that I was intending to take the AP Calc test. But right now, I seriously want to cancel my score because I really do not feel prepared. My teacher did a poor job in teaching. Because I have an A in his class, but if I take the test and get a 2 or 3, wouldn't it look even worse to the college I'll be attending next year? But then again, because I indicated that I would be taking the test, if I choose to not send it, wouldn't it look bad, too?

What do you think I should do?

Thanks if you can help.

I would send it. I doubt they would rescind your admission and it would probably look bad, as you said. Also, check out khanacademy on youtube for some last minute cramming!

Just take the test.

You choose what AP scores your college sees.

Nothing looks bad, as you were already admitted.

Yes, you read that right. Your college won’t see your score unless you send it to them. And even if they got your 2, all that would happen is you wouldn’t get college credit, which really doesn’t matter since you don’t get credit either way.

Now you can still potentially get a 3…

I understand that there’s only 1 day until the test. This will only take you 2-3 hours, do it tomorrow.
