What if I dont get in?

<p>I know it wont be the end of the world and all, but I will be so upset if I don't get accepted. A lot of kids from my school are applying (15+) and they are all really smart. I have a 4.0 weighted and a 3.6 unweighted GPA and a 1540 SAT score(I know its bad). I am in the national honor society, top 30% of my class(my grade is extremely competitive, 2 kids have 2400s and 1 has 5.0 GPA, and 7 kids have already gotten into ivy leagues.) I know its a really big school and sometimes they don't really read the essays, but mine was very personable, if it the essays really matter that much. I also am a member of the varsity tennis team, president of the heritage club, member of both interact and SNAP organizations, as well as a former summer camp volunteer and now a counselor. I also take all AP and honors classes.</p>

<p>I have similar stats and a similar mindset. I have a 3.8 UW GPA, 1540 SAT (1570 superscored. The only score they received was my first SAT score, a 1430), good EC’s, lots of awards and honors, great letters of recommendation, I am an URM, a male, and a PA resident. I hope they can take a chance with me and admit me, or else I will be severely crestfallen.</p>
