As an international student my high school doesn't have a guidance councilor.
What do I need to do? colleges ask for a letter of recommendation from the guidance councilor and common app asks for his/her details . can I use my class educator (class tutor, form master) details instead?

See your headmaster or principal.

Didn’t get you T26E4 , In my country the principal hardly talk to the student

NO I didn’t get that. Well someone probably has gone onto university before, no? Ask around and see which administrator/instructor handled it.

Pick up the telephone and call the closest counseling center of Education USA [Educational Advising Centers ? EducationUSA](http://eca.state.gov/educationusa/centers/) These people help students like you from your country get into colleges and universities in the US every single year. They know your school system and will be able to advise you.

Thank you happymomof1
I called! they were alienated and asked for payment ( are they allowed to do so?)

really, the previous reply from t26e4 hit the nail on the head. Has anyone from your school applied successfully to an American college before? Find out from them as much as you can about how they translated their high school experience into the terms on the application.

(Is your country Israel?)
