<p>I am having exactly the same problem. I am filling out the Noncustodial Parent Waiver to send to the colleges, but the Common App is insisting that I fill out info I don’t know. It literally will not let you submit if things are left blank.</p>
<p>Are you able to type in a word like “unknown”? Then it won’t be blank.</p>
