<p>On the SAT score session, I untentionally reported my writing section score 10 pts. higher, b/c I thought that was my score (like 690 instead of 680) and I had no idea when I was doing my app. Since I assumed that was it. Then I sent my official score, and I realized my score is 10 pts. lower.
What should i do??? Is that gonna negatively affect my app.???

<p>oh, but the thing is, that wasn't my highest score, since i've taken SAT twice. so if they just look at the highest score, would that matter?</p>
<p>I doubt they will assume you lied intentionally, because lying about getting a 690 instead of a 680 when neither would be your highest score would provide approximately zero benefit. I would call or email anyway and explain your mistake, because that is the honest thing to do.</p>
