what if I'm not old enough to take out loans?

I can't get student loans even if my parents are cosigners, according to the banks I've asked.
So since I'm not 18 yet, are there any other private loaners that allow my parents to get loans for my college education where repayment starts only after I graduate?? (i need $20,000 my first year =/)
Any advice is highly appreciated; I'm clueless with this stuff, as are my non-English literate parents....

First, you need to fill out the fafsa (federal financial aid stuff) and that will tell you how much you need to contribute to your education, it's called your EFC. Lets say it's $8,000 (that's how much the gov't says you can pay). So then the university gives you grants or loans to make up the difference.

Usually the government loans are enough to cover you. I, for exaple, have no credit and I qualified for plenty of loans. Just fill out the fafsa and you'll be fine.

this is what I need /after/ all of that. seriously.

Umm... then you shouldn't be going to that school. Just the 20k alone in loans will leave you in 80k+ in debt after college (over 100 with interest) and that's not including any of the other aid you need to pay back.

It really isn't worth it to be in that much debt. I'd reevaluate what you are doing... you might want to consider other schools.
