what if i'm really attractive...?

Ha.. I have a pic of GHW Bush w/ some of these girls. We're in a florida summer house and he has his arms around Pulitzer pink-clad waists (16/17 yr olds)... very naughty.. he has a sneer on his face, cuz he knows the press wont see the pics.

OP: There is nothing more unattractive than the way you talked about yourself. Good luck in the interview!

^ That time in Florida was great. Those were some great interns.

HAHAHA. Oh, dear. This thread is the most hilarious thing I've read today!

emilys nice looking ^^

come to Virginia

LOL 6rings did you actually pm her for her pic?

I did. I just called up my secretary...stops himself...I'm going to far with this. I plan on not getting impeached.

First of all, schools should not be asking for photos. The practice used to be a way of figuring out the ethnicity of the application. I can't imagine why a school wouldn't just go by what you check off on your application, if you decide to complete the ethnicity question.

Second of all, I personally find photos with applications annoying. I don't care about your senior portrait and it just gets in the way as I'm trying to flip around and interpret the transcript.

As for an interview, you never know if someone will have an adverse reaction to your "look". What's attractive to your generation wouldn't necessarily be considered attractive by all.

oui, yep, once again shes pretty pretty ^^

haha thanks guys

The president was going to offer you a position at the Capitol, but then his PR guy recommended not to because emilyequalsfun might burn the place down with her hotness. ;)

^what a lame and sad joke.

lol this thread is hilarious

"isnt the whole point of being a guy in our society that you DON'T get judged on appearances?"

hold on, since when do guys not get judged on appearances....?

^ since always. we get judged on how much money we have.

I am a female admissions counselor. If you are applying to a college where photos are not required, then I would not advise sending one (unless you are a theatre major, and they have professional photos which are sometimes submitted). Invariably, the applicants who send photos are the attractive ones ... and admissions counselors are not stupid. They understand that you are trying to get accepted on your looks, and some counselors find this insulting. So, a photo can actually work against you in the admission review.

discrimination!

Georgetown also requests a photo.

Off topic: Does it hurt you to not send in a photo?

If schools ask for a photo, it is important to send one. If they do not ask for a photo, then I would not volunteer one (theater majors excepted).

if you look at one of the columbia threads from last year, about half the people admitted did NOT attach a photo with their app. im guessing its not so important.
