What if my professor only allowed us to use 1 source but instead I have used 2 to gain ideas for my speech? Is it possible for me to reverse my knowledge and information from the 2nd source or should I just include it in my speech anyways? I don't want to be plagarising and I would feel bad if I do it. (Gaining even just 1 idea from a site would be considered plagarising right?)

Should I email the professor to see if he will take any points off for having 2 sources or should I just say it in my speech anyways for having looked at the site already? Here's what I want to send to my professor:

"For our Speech to Inform/Teach, were we only suppose to use our book _____ to extract information from? I have used an Internet source to accompany the book to help me gain more ideas as to what I should include in my speech. I will include the source in my speech but I'm just wondering if any points be deducted for having used a second source. Thanks."

Thanks for your help.
