What if my test scores are a bit late?

I applied ED and the deadline was Novermber 15th. I asked my couselor to send my test scores and my transcripts in early October. Well, she sent my transcripts and the couselor's assistant was supposed to mail my SAT and ACT scores. I have asked probably five times if my papers had been sent and both my couselor and the assistant said yes, it was all done. So today I got an email that said my test scores were missing, and when I asked the couselor assistant she was like, "Oh yeah, I thought I did that."

So rather than deal with her again, I requested them priority mail from collegeboard.com and actstudent.org today after school. They said they should be there by Friday next week. But I am wondering if this will hinder my chances of being accepted. I really love the school, and I have done everything I can to get my stuff in, but I don't think the college will know that. They did say in the email that it needed to be submitted if my application were to be reviewed, I am just afraid they will frown upon me, but it is really not my fault. My couselors have messed up several applications this year and the year before because they do not get things done.

Should I call the school and explain to them why my test score will be almost two weeks late, or will they just shove me off and ignore my whole LATE application? I'm kind of freaking out.
