What if one of my recommendations is late?

Will my application be counted as late?

Also, for Exeter's deadline, do they mean everything has to arrive January 15th? Or postmarked January 15th?

It’s a supplementary by the way; the required ones should get there on time.

NO, if you don’t really controll when it gets sent and done, I don’t think they will penalize you for it, especially because it is supplementary. Usually the application materials just have to be postmarked January 15 or earlier, but I’m not sure what Exeter’s exact policy is.

Good question! I had the same concern, as I know at least one of ds’s is not yet done. Also, how do schools feel about narratives for recs instead of completed forms?

I was wondering the same thing.

For extra recommendations I have an extra teacher recommendation (form), a previous principal (narrative) and an extra extracurricular recommendation (narrative). They all say different things about me.

I doubt the schools will mind, they may not take it into consideration as much as a completed form though. But I’m sure they will look at them.

its fine dont fret over it as long as its in by the end of jan
