What if theres no A+?

I heard LSAC converts A+ grades into 4.3.

My college doesn't give A+ grades. So it's not possible to receive anything better than an A, even if you ace the class.

My question: Is this true? Does the LSAC take into account the fact that it is not possible for some students to get A+ grades? I'm sure a lot of students GPAs would be higher if our transcripts showed A pluses.

if your school does not give out A+ grades you will be evaluated on a 4.0 scale.
